"Hi, my Verizon Fios bill is currently $X/mo and I see you're offering $Y/mo for new customers in my area. I'd like to receive the same rate or I'll need to cancel."
Be polite. Always. Reps with discretionary authority give MORE to nice customers, not less. Acknowledge the rep is doing their job β make it clear it's the company's pricing that's the problem, not them personally.

"We can't match new-customer pricing on your current plan."

Fios Internet is no-contract. TV + Internet may have a 1- or 2-year contract β check. Cancel mid-contract = ETF up to $230 (decreases monthly). Router must be returned within 30 days. DO NOT take it to a Verizon Wireless store β those are separate. Use UPS Store with the Verizon-issued prepaid label.
