Different questions go to different inboxes so we can answer faster.
📺 Readers, viewers, and households
This is the main inbox for anyone using the site to figure out their TV setup. Please write us about:
- A specific question the quiz didn't answer
- Help comparing two providers or two streaming services for your house
- Something on the site that's wrong, outdated, or doesn't match what you're seeing
- A platform, device, or guide you'd love us to cover next
- Anything else where we can help you save money or untangle a confusing situation
Typical response: 2–4 business days. We're a small family operation, so it may take a few days — but a real person (usually Rick) answers every email.
🤝 Partners, affiliates, vendors, and business inquiries
If you represent a brand, an affiliate network, a vendor, or a partner organization and you'd like to connect with us, this is the right address. We do read every partnership inquiry and respond to ones that are a genuine fit for the site's audience and editorial standards.
To help us respond faster, include in your first email:
- Who you represent (network, brand, or company)
- What you're proposing (affiliate program, sponsored content opportunity, product loan, partnership, etc.)
- A link to your offering or commission structure if applicable
We can't say yes to every offer — our review independence matters to us and we keep affiliate relationships intentionally narrow. But we read everything, and good partnerships have come in through this channel.

For journalists, podcasters, and producers working on a cord-cutting, cable, satellite, or streaming-industry story. Rick is available for quotes, background, and on-the-record interviews on the residential AV install side. A note on response time
We're transparent about this because it matters: this site is run by a small family team. The site exists to help, not to be a 24/7 help desk. We answer every legitimate email — but we may take a few business days, especially during busy install weeks.
If your situation is urgent and you need a real-time answer, the homepage quiz is the fastest path. It's automated, runs in 60 seconds, and applies the same logic we'd use to answer your email personally.
Privacy
