Rick's installer take
Rural co-op carriers like GoldenWest are exactly what BEAD should be funding more of. Member-owned operators don't flip out in 5 years. The pricing is slightly higher than urban fiber, which reflects the cost economics of serving 1-2 customers per mile in the Black Hills. Take it.
