Starlink

LEO satellite. The only realistic option in true rural America where fiber and cable will never reach. Real latency, actual broadband speeds — but $120/mo is steep when ground-based fiber would be $55-80.

Returning your equipment

Accepted return methods: ship-back-to-starlink

You must return: Starlink dish/antenna, Router (Gen 2/3), Power supply, Mounting hardware

⚠ Do NOT drop equipment at these stores

These branded retail stores share the carrier's name but cannot accept equipment returns for this service. Confirm before driving:

  • NONE — Starlink has no retail presence anywhere

Common mistake: Starlink is online-only. There are zero retail stores, period. The return process is initiated from your account — they email a shipping label and you drop at any UPS Store or FedEx Office.

Where you can actually go in person

Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.

Does Starlink serve your address?

Use our ZIP-coverage tool to confirm availability — we cross-reference live FCC Form 477 data with the carrier's own footprint map.
