FAQ

Do you require attribution?

No. We do require that the iframe's src stays as is — the quiz UI carries our branding internally and links back to untangledstreaming.com. That's the only attribution required.

Do you collect data from my readers?

Only the bare minimum for the recommendation to work: their ZIP, persona pick, bill, and team selections. No personal information. No accounts. No email capture unless they explicitly click the "email this plan" button. We do not sell, share, or use their data for any purpose beyond running the quiz.

Will the embed slow my site down?

No. The iframe uses loading="lazy", so it only loads when the user scrolls to it. The quiz itself is <200KB total payload. Cloudflare CDN edge caches it.

Can I customize the styling?

Three theme options (auto / dark / light) via the theme= URL param. Custom CSS isn't supported in the iframe today; if you have a specific need, email Rick at [email protected].

What if a recommendation changes after I embed?

Embeds always pull the latest data from our server, so when streaming rights or RSN deals shift, your embed updates automatically. You never need to change the embed code.
