Getting to the stadium

Domed roof — weather-proof for the June heat. Walkable from downtown. MARTA train from ATL to GWCC/CNN station drops you 200m from the stadium.

Where to stay

Stay in Downtown (Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency) or Midtown for proximity. Avoid Buckhead — too far without rideshare.

Fan Festival & watch parties

Centennial Olympic Park — directly across the street from Mercedes-Benz. Free public watch parties for every match day. Most are free public viewing — the cheap alternative to a $2,000+ ticket. Match-day capacity at the FIFA Fan Festival in each host city is in the tens of thousands.

Where to eat

The Varsity (Atlanta institution), Mary Mac's Tea Room (Southern), South City Kitchen, Krog Street Market food hall.
