Zito Media

9-state rural cable. Data caps on every tier — 350 GB on the entry plan is genuinely thin in 2026. If they're your only option, you have a problem.

🟡 CAVEATS Works, but check the fine print.

Returning your equipment

Accepted return methods: mail-to-carrier-hq · ups-store-prepaid-label

You must return: Carrier-rented gateway/router/ONT, Set-top boxes (if any), Remotes

Common mistake: Call the carrier first to get a prepaid label, then drop the equipment at any UPS Store with the label. Keep the tracking receipt — UPS dropoff is the safest paper trail.

Where you can actually go in person

Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
