Returning your equipment
Accepted return methods: mail-to-utopia · ups-store-prepaid-label
You must return: UTOPIA fiber ONT (router belongs to your retail ISP — check with them)
Common mistake: Two-party model means equipment is shared. UTOPIA owns the ONT; your retail ISP owns the router. Return each to the right place.
Where you can actually go in person
Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
