Sparklight

Cable monopolist in small US towns where there's no fiber alternative. The 700 GB cap on the entry tier in 2026 is genuinely indefensible. If they're your only option, you have a problem.

Returning your equipment

Accepted return methods: sparklight-store · ups-store-prepaid-label

You must return: Sparklight modem/gateway, Cable boxes, Voice modem, Remote

Common mistake: Sparklight has only a handful of physical stores in their footprint. UPS prepaid label is the universal path.

Where you can actually go in person

Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
