Quantum Fiber (CenturyLink)
Lumen's residential fiber brand. Where they've built fiber it's competitive (lifetime price-lock is genuinely valuable). The legacy CenturyLink DSL tier on the same brand is one of the worst in the US — verify you're buying fiber.
