You must return: Google Fiber router/Wi-Fi 7 mesh hub, Network box, Set-top boxes (Fiber TV legacy customers)
Common mistake: Google Fiber Space locations (Austin, Kansas City, etc) accept returns where they exist. Otherwise UPS prepaid label.
