You must return: Carrier-rented gateway/router/ONT, Set-top boxes (if any), Remotes
Common mistake: Call the carrier first to get a prepaid label, then drop the equipment at any UPS Store with the label. Keep the tracking receipt — UPS dropoff is the safest paper trail.

Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
