Frontier Fiber
Best per-Mbps fiber pricing in the US ($30 for 200 Mbps symmetric). Connecticut AG has 1,400+ consumer complaints on file though, and the DSL legacy tier is genuinely bad — make sure you're buying fiber.

Where you can actually go in person
Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
