Frontier Fiber

Best per-Mbps fiber pricing in the US ($30 for 200 Mbps symmetric). Connecticut AG has 1,400+ consumer complaints on file though, and the DSL legacy tier is genuinely bad — make sure you're buying fiber.

Returning your equipment

Accepted return methods: ups-store-prepaid-label · mail-prepaid

You must return: Frontier router/ONT, Set-top boxes (legacy FiOS-area customers), Remotes

⚠ Do NOT drop equipment at these stores

These branded retail stores share the carrier's name but cannot accept equipment returns for this service. Confirm before driving:

  • NONE — Frontier has no retail store presence

Common mistake: Frontier has ZERO retail stores. Don't drive anywhere. The only return path is UPS or USPS with a prepaid label generated from your Frontier account or by calling support.
