These branded retail stores share the carrier's name but cannot accept equipment returns for this service. Confirm before driving:
- AT&T Authorized Retailers
- Cricket Wireless stores
- AT&T Mobility-only corporate retail (some can process, some can't — call ahead)
Common mistake: Same as AT&T Fiber: AT&T retail will not reliably accept this. Use UPS/FedEx with the prepaid label. Don't drive to a store.

Confirmed company-operated stores that can sign up service AND accept equipment returns. Authorized-retailer addresses are tagged separately because they cannot always handle returns.
